Woodlands Primary School is a vibrant, community-focused school, but its outdated website didn’t reflect that. With unused components and a cluttered layout, finding essential information—especially for parents and carers—was harder than it needed to be. The redesign focused on making the site more intuitive, welcoming, and reflective of the school’s values.

Key parent tasks are now front and center through prominent quick links, making it easier to access forms, term dates, and other essentials. The site’s navigation was completely restructured, with dedicated sections for school information, teaching and learning programs, and parent resources—ensuring visitors can find what they need quickly. Visually, we modernised the Woodlands color palette, brightening the primary colors to create a more inviting and contemporary feel. The result is a website that truly represents the warmth and community spirit of Woodlands Primary School while being easy to use for staff, students, and families alike.
