The Brief
Vantage required a website that clearly articulated and surfaced their service offerings, ensuring prospective clients could easily understand how they could be supported. The user experience and site flow needed to be improved so navigation felt intuitive and content felt connected. Consideration was given to introducing a way to pre-screen potential clients before an initial meeting, as well as reviewing URL semantics and overall site structure to improve SEO visibility and search performance.
The Solution
We restructured the site architecture and user flows so visitors can easily understand Vantage’s offerings and move seamlessly between related content. Service pages now act as clear entry points, supported by linked insights that reinforce expertise and create a more connected experience.
A tailored ‘Request a meeting’ modal was introduced across key pages, allowing prospective clients to submit their details and financial goals without needing to navigate away from their current page. This mirrors the team’s initial discovery process, saving operational time while improving the client experience. A dedicated FAQs page and a ‘Preparing for your appointment’ page further support new clients, answering common questions and helping set clear expectations ahead of their first meeting.
The refreshed visual design and updated brand expression present Vantage as contemporary and credible. Team photography and testimonials reinforce familiarity and trust, resulting in a website that feels clear, connected and confidently client-focused.
